We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of package delivery.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit, We will Accept the merchandise exchange for unlimited time, we have Absolutely no refunds will given.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned:
Swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic / beauty products including self-tanners.
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
These are the following instruction on how you will return this item:
1- Please fill up the return form here and print out:
2- Include the return form along with the parcel
3- Choose your favorite shipping courier and send the item to our warehouse (address is provided in the form).
4-Please do note that once you already return the item please send us the copy of the return tracking details and the date of the returning parcel shipment.
5 - Please send us your purchase receipt and and cost of shipping.
As soon as we received the item, we will send you new set as ordered.
For exchanging your item for the right size, please give us a notification of the right size you want to exchange.

Store credit is issued to accounts. If your Posh Fashion Girls account has credit on it, make sure you are logged when you check out. Under ‘Payment Method’ on the checkout page, you will have the option to apply your credit to the order!
If you make a return and don’t have an account with us, we will create one for you using the email address associated with your original order. Also please note, accounts are not transferable between our Australian and US sites. If you have credit in Australian Dollars that you wish to use on the US site (or vice versa), please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com
Turnaround time for returns
Our Returns Department tries to process all returns in a timely manner but please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our office, particularly during busy periods such as the holidays.
Note that the turnaround time for returns may fluctuate from time-to-time depending on the volume of returns received at our office.
